1. How do I use the Comeback Kit?

Apply directly to your scalp and massage in a minimum of 4 times a week. If you’re experiencing extreme hair trauma, you can apply every morning. Focus on thinning areas or edges — a little goes a long way.

2. How long will it take to see results?

Consistency is key! Many clients notice improvements in 15–28 days, though results many vary depending on individuals consistency, lifestyle, environment, and health. 

3. Do I need to wash my hair after applying?

No, our oils absorb into the scalp and strands. For best results, we advise you wash your hair twice a week, clean, nourished scalp = happy, growing hair!

4. Can I use this on protective styles (braids, wigs, locs, weaves)?

Yes! Apply directly to your scalp and edges — our products work even while your hair is tucked away.

5. Are SHB products 100% natural?

Yes! Our formulas are handcrafted in London using natural herbs and cold-pressed oils. We avoid sulfates, parabens, silicones, and use mostly glass containers to reduce exposure to harmful chemicals.

6. I have sensitive skin — is this safe?

Sensitivity is subjective. While our blends are natural, some people may have allergies to ingredients like castor oil or even rosemary. Always patch test first and check the ingredients to see what works best for you.

7. Can men use SHB products?

Absolutely — our products are non-gendered and are suitable for anyone over 12 years old. We do not recommend use for children under 12, as some ingredients support stronger natural growth and  hormone balance, which young bodies haven’t fully developed yet.

8. Are your products safe for chemically treated or color-treated hair?

Yes! They’re designed to nourish and protect all hair types, especially the ends, helping prevent breakage and split ends.

11. When will my order ship?

We normally ship within 14 days of purchase. For large influx of purchases orders may incur delays.  

12. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Simply select your country at checkout — shipping times may vary.

13. Can I return or exchange products?

All sales are final, but we offer store credit or exchanges if products were not received or received and damaged. 

14. How are SHB products made?

All products are handcrafted in London. We avoid harsh chemicals and prefer small-batch glass packaging over plastic or BPA containers whenever possible, by ensuring freshness and quality.
